Access, Environment & Cost

In order to minimize our impact on the environment, reduce costs and promote access, BRIL's editors have made the decision to offer the publication free of charge to the world online.  There are no hard copies, although BRIL accepts requests for a limited number of hard copies for a small fee (covering printing and administrative costs).  We believe that access to knowledge should be free and distributed in environmentally sensible ways.
