Marcos SaderMarcos Sader is the Treasurer of BALA. Marcos is partner at i2a, a Brazilian law firm. He was formerly an attorney-at-law at Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil. He specializes in securities and corporate governance regulation, administrative litigation, and complex business litigation.
Marcos was a visiting attorney at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in New York City from 2014 to 2015. Marcos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo – USP, an LLM in Financial and Capital Markets Law from the Institute of Education and Research – Insper (São Paulo, Brazil), and an LLM from Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar). He has worked in several cross-border issues in his areas of expertise. He also provides pro bono assistance to educational institutes in Brazil. |
