Eric Monteiro de Medeiros is the Director of Academic Affairs for BALA and Co-Editor of the Association’s Brazilian American Legal Review.  He holds a LLM from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, a LLM from Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), an Executive LLM-Tax from Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), and an LLB from Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN).

Eric worked as litigator in both Brazil and the United States, and was a Visiting Research Fellow at Fordham University School of Law.

His research relates to Constitutional Law and Taxation.
